Working Retreat 
This retreat will be run by the Padmaloka Support Team who will offer a daily programme involving meditation, work and discussion groups. It is a great opportunity to get a taste of Buddhist community life, and ideal if you are looking for an introduction to being on retreat and to meditation. The work will be physical and will vary depending on the skills and capacities of those who attend.
