Using Sangharakshita’s commentary on Yeshe Gyaltsen’s work ‘A Necklace of Clear Understanding’ we will explore the psychological dimension of ethics in Buddhism - that not only do actions have consequences but also intentions have consequences!

This retreat will involve meditation, study and guided reflection to help us identify different mental events as they arise, learning how to cultivate those that bring joy and transform those that bring unhappiness.

Open to all dharmacharis. There will also be a group for mitra study leaders for this module.
