The focus of the group will be on reflection and meditation on emptiness guided by the Heart Sutra but we will however also draw from early Pali Canon texts on emptiness and from Nagarjuna's Mulamadhyamakakarika (Verses from the Centre). Towards the end of the retreat there will be sessions in a shrine room for the group to practice reflection.
