"This year we'll go more deeply into the insight meditations as recommended by Sangharakshita. Apart from the three main ones - impermanence (death), conditionality (nidanas), and non-self (six elements) may include for example sadhana, anapanasati and karuna.  I'll present it in terms of the mandala of spiritual life, as outlined by Subhuti's recent paper, and I'd like to explore how we get any advice and feedback we might need from our peers about deeper aspects of practice."  Kamalashila
