In creating an Order, Sangharakshita was attempting to be both traditional and radical. He wanted to create a Sangha that was not about subscription, but about a common alignment with what is truest and deepest in each other coming into some kind of correspondence with the transcendental.

On this retreat we will explore some of the deeply held principles and aspirations of the Triratna Buddhist Order.
