*Please note the beds are  all taken but we have plenty of  room for camping and non-residential bookings.

Programme:
There will be a daily programme based on the system of meditation including options for six element practice, led sadhana practice, prostration practice, guru yoga and puja, as well as mindfulness, metta and just sitting.

In the evening talks, each speaker will describe what they do and the creative play between cultivating the inner life of stillness and their life of outer activity.
Talk 1: “The five great stages of the spiritual life” by Padmavajra
Talk 2: “Community and centre in the city” by Jnanavaca
Talk 3: “Working in India” by Subhuti
Talk 4: “The meditative life” by Prakasha
Talk 5: “Working in the world” by Vajrin
Talk 6: “The contribution of the Order in creating a new kind of society”, Mahamati

There will also be an opportunity to explore this theme in led study groups on different Mahayana sutras with Sona, Subhuti, Ratnaprabha and Jnanaketu.

Cost:
There are two rates £30 and £25 per night. You choose which rate you want to pay. There is also a non-resident daily rate of £17/day. Padmaloka has kept these rates as low as they can to make it easier for people to attend.

Accommodation:
There are some changes to the accommodation at Padmaloka that the team would like you to know about:
- If you would like to camp – and it will be summer – we can now provide you with a mattress, duvet and pillow, so you don’t have to bring so much gear with you. We may even have a few tents to lend.
- The old metal bunk beds have been replaced with bigger more comfortable wooden ones (Except dorm G for nostalgic types – book early to avoid disappointment!).
- The capacity has been reduced in some of the dorms so they are less crowded.
