“Unless we have love, compassion, sympathetic joy, equanimity and faith, there will not be any real life in the Order. Positive emotion, is the life-blood of the Order.” ~ Sangharakshita

The ‘Sublime Abidings’: Mettã or loving-kindness, muditã or sympathetic joy, karunã or compassion, and upekkhã or equanimity. Exploring the whole aspect of positive emotion to bring about the state in which the whole movement and tendency of our being is expansive, spiralling creatively outwards and upwards…. It is our positive emotions that keep us going on the spiritual path.

Both this retreat and 'What is the Order?' are part of our Long Summer Ordination Training retreat. Why not book on both at a discounted rate here: http://www.padmaloka.org.uk/retreats/2017/long-summer-camp
