Great Gathering 2 - The Tiratana Vandana: In Praise of the Three Jewels

Friday, 22 June 2018 to Sunday, 24 June 2018

Such indeed is He, the Richly Endowed: the Free, the Fully and Perfectly Awake!

The Tiratana Vandana, the Salutation to the Three Jewels, is a beautiful evocation of what is central in a Buddhist’s life: the Buddha, the Dharma and the Sangha. It is chanted daily across the Buddhist world, including within Triratna, and is a wonderful way of contemplating and reflecting upon each of these Three Jewels.

On this weekend we’ll be exploring the richness of the Tiratana Vandana and using it to come to a deeper understanding of, and relationship with, the Three Jewels that are at the heart of our Dharma lives.

The weekend starts at 6:30pm with dinner on the Friday and finishes after lunch on the Sunday at about 2:30pm.
